Bangle Wrist Weights

Light weight, big difference.

The Bangle Wrist Weights are slim, bangle-style weights that add gentle resistance to pilates, barre, dance cardio and daily walks. Silicone-wrapped iron segments sit flat against the wrist, and a soft elastic strap with hook-and-loop closure keeps them in place.

• Sold as a pair: two weights per order
• Two weights: 1 lb pair (0.5 lb each) or 2 lb pair (1 lb each)
• Slim bangle profile: comfortable through every movement
• Fits wrists and ankles: adjustable hook-and-loop strap
