Track your order

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can follow your parcel at any time on our order tracking page: enter your order number and email address, or your tracking number.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch (4–8 business days in total). If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the order date, email info@oyvella.com with your order number.
